Realkeepers Returns & Exchange Policy

At Realkeepers, we know that gear is the last line of defence. We stand by our quality, but we also know that professional-grade latex is a delicate performance material. This policy is designed to get you back between the sticks as fast as possible while ensuring the "Goalkeepers Union" remains sustainable.

1. 7-Day Change of Mind

If you change your mind or the fit isn’t right, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your gloves for an exchange or store credit.

Condition: Gloves must be in original, brand-new condition.

The Latex Rule: The protective plastic film on the palms must not be removed. If the plastic is peeled, we cannot accept the return as the latex begins to degrade the moment it is exposed to air and sweat.

Packaging: Gloves must be in their original bag with all tags attached.

2. The "Latex Wear" Disclaimer (Important)

Realkeepers uses professional 4mm German Latex. This material is designed for maximum grip, not infinite durability.

Latex is a natural, soft material that will show wear from the very first use.

Surface Damage: Tearing or "pilling" of the latex caused by contact with the ground (especially artificial turf/hard ground) is considered normal wear and tear and is not a manufacturing defect.

We do not offer refunds for latex wear. Proper "Glove Management" (pre-washing and keeping palms damp) is the responsibility of the keeper.

3. Faulty Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, if a product has a genuine manufacturing fault (e.g., stitching failure, a broken wrist strap, or a defect in the internal finger-save), you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

Assessment: All "faulty" claims are inspected by a goalkeeper. If the damage is found to be caused by "dragging palms" or improper landing technique, the claim will be denied.

4. Return Shipping

Change of Mind/Size Exchange: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse. We recommend using a tracked service via AusPost.

Faulty Items: If the item is confirmed faulty, Realkeepers will cover all shipping costs or provide a pre-paid label.

5. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email orders@realkeepers.com.au with:

  2. Photos of the palms (plastic film must be visible)

  3. Reason for return
